It has been a challenging time for a lot of people, but thankfully we appear to be getting back to some form of normality. Of course, here at redberry photography we are always keen to get the camera going, but with government guidance, we have been unable to work with our clients for several weeks now.
So, we are now writing this post to explain that while we are not back to “business as usual” – we are now in a position to commence our engagement sessions. For all of our existing clients, we would like to reassure you that we will continue to work with you and reassure you that we will not penalise you for this pandemic:
- We will work with you to try and reschedule any weddings which have been booked with us and are unable to go ahead on the agreed date. Please note that we can not hold dates moving forwards and these will be provided on a first come, first served basis – so we urge you to please make the arrangements with your venue and then let us know immediately (some venues are allowing a couple of”possible” dates to be reserved).
- We will not charge you any “premium” for rescheduled weddings (booking fees, “next year’s price increase etc… – We simply do not think this is fair).
- We will provide full refunds of any monies paid – if we can’t attend your re-scheduled wedding (we really do want to be there, but if we really can’t make it – we will not only provide you with a full refund, but also help you secure another photographer).
In the meantime, with no weddings to photograph, we have taken photos of cakes (yes – I know!), the moon and our family…………..
