Whether you’re looking to join our team on a full time basis or you’re looking to fill some free weekends, we’d love to chat about the possibility of you joining our team as a lead, second, third photographer or assistant. Each member of the team is carefully selected for their combination of creativity, talent, creativity and personality. Because we invest significant time and resources in the training and development of each team member, we are highly selective in who we bring into our business.

What You Can Expect From Us

Being paid & fed at events, gaining valuable experience as well as an insight and understanding of weddings and wedding photography as well as the opportunity to build portfolio. Furthermore, we get enquiries for dates we are booked or otherwise unable to shoot, which we always refer on to our second shooting team.

What We Expect in Return

We expect a high level of quality from all of our team. We receive many applications from photographers looking for paid work when they are just starting out or have not attained a professional level of depth of skill - and this simply isn’t what we are looking for when working at real weddings with actual wedding clients. Having said that, everyone of an intermediate level and above is more than welcome to learn from us as they work, and we are more than happy to explain our practices and skills with our team.
